Perfect for home workouts, can still connect at the gym too with their cables to your ankle straps. Resistance bands are quite flexible, i was hoping the ankle straps would have some weight to it but they’re just straps, they don’t flick off though. Comes with the little carry bag which makes it super easy to store away.
